Paolini e Sbarbaro SRL still pours its true heart in its will to take care of its customers’s needs. Our maintenance offers originate this principle, starting above all from attentive listening to those who come to us and their needs. This is precisely why we don’t submit offers involving standardized solutions, similar between one other: what we do is provide a customized maintenance project, capable of meeting the expectations of those relying on our company.
Thus, our maintenance contracts are completely transparent. Depending on type of plant, time of construction, technological structure and demands, we try to work out the best formula, together with our customers.
For maintenance of the lifting systems we provide qualified personnel, i.e. certified technicians with plenty of experience. We will also carry out the analysis of all the technical parts of the lift using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure correct prevention. Our maintenance work consists in checking efficiency of any safety equipment, replacing and repairing damaged or worn components, cleaning the work environment and sanitizing the pit through the use of legal disinfectants and cleaning products. This way, we proceed with sanitisation of the rooms, in order to prevent fermentation of bacteria which may cause unpleasant odours and insect habitats.
