Installations
January 25, 2021Elevators are a useful tool in everyday life. Many buildings have been equipped with it for many years, so there are also obsolete elevation systems. However, sometimes a simple difference in height on a floor, or frequent stops, may hide something more than a simple breakdown on the lift. Indeed, they could be a sign of wear or obsolescence of some of its components. It therefore becomes necessary to proceed with the modernization, which can affect both the technical parts of the system, and also the structure of the lift itself.
Modernization may be necessary for replacement of a panel, electrical systems, or even for the replacement of a cabin which is too narrow compared to legislation requests for the removal of architectural barriers. Furthermore, new safety criteria established by law and new European standards oblige the modernization of all lift systems.
Modernizing an elevator is not just a legal issue: it can also represent an eco-sustainable choice for reducing consumption and management costs, in favour of a new and safe system.
Paolini e Sbarbaro SRL provides designs and implementations for elevators modernization in Rome, in the Umbrian territory and in the province of L’Aquila.
